STEVE ZIESING

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Steve has over 40 years of a multidiscipline background ranging from architectural and interior design to project management, production, and construction administration. He has owned and operated a construction and design firm that focused on commercial, retail and entertainment projects such as lighting, sound and media systems. His comprehensive management and design experience is far reaching, designing numerous structures—over fifty retail tenant improvements, twenty restaurants, ten grocery and specialty stores, ten stage productions, six banks, four retail centers, four theme parks, three condominium complexes, two aerospace research and development facilities, labs and many more. This catalog of achievements has driven Mr. Ziesing to pursue the use of advanced design technologies such as REVIT (a state-of-the-art 3D modeling software) to supply his clients with the most informative and accurate design concepts. Since joining CULTIVO, Inc. Mr. Ziesing has completed a variety of design sets including projects ranging from large-scale indoor cultivation facilities, extraction manufacturing, analytical labs, and retail dispensary design.

In his spare time Mr. Ziesing, enjoys being the production manager and videographer for Liz Lomax’s jazz band “Boppin Institute,” photography, sailing, and automotive racing.
