MICHAEL FINLEY

ENVIRONMENTAL OPTIMIZATION SPECIALIST

Mike Finley has resided in the Santa Cruz mountains since 1991. He began working for his family’s HVAC business as early as grade school and acquired his contractor’s license at an unusually young age. Mr. Finley pursued diversification in facility design and construction management. Mr. Finley was able to applies a clean room design approach to indoor cultivation facilities and is known to quickly find solutions to address, troubleshoot, and fix comprised cultivation facilities. His work has won our clientele a number of awards and has received celebrated publications in the press, such as in High Times. Mr. Finley began working with Autumn Karcey in 2011 and joined CULTIVO, Inc. in 2015 as a founding member. By implementing cutting edge equipment and technology, while taking into consideration factors such as geographical climate criteria, CO2 enrichment, and minimal air exchanges, his expertise and methods have had a significant impact on the domestic and international reach of CULTIVO, Inc.
